Kenny founded Voltage Capital to bring clarity, fairness, and momentum to small business transactions. He believes that aligned dealmaking creates lasting impact for founders, investors, and teams whose livelihoods depend on these outcomes. Kenny prioritizes authentic communication and long-term relationships to structure every transaction for shared success. For him, Voltage is a current that connects people toward meaningful, enduring growth.
Kenny has worked on over $50 billion in transactions as an investment banker and has acquired and invested in businesses with an aggregate enterprise value of $200 million. He earned his BS with magna cum laude honors in Business Administration from Florida A&M University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
